Assistance Programs (TAPs). For any of the plans, you must read and agree to
the Terms and Conditions
TAP Plan A: Per Incident Fee
If you need immediate assistance, our first plan is made for you. Here is how it works:
After receipt of your company purchase order (after credit approval) or credit card payment of $300 US, you have access to a Technician for three (3) full hours. The engineer may be accessed via telephone, fax, e-mail, or (Microsoft)® NetMeeting. Time used in research, engineering, drafting, data transmission, etc., is charged against the initial three hour block. Any time remaining will "stay on the books" for 12 full months, for use at your discretion. Any time not used within the following 12 calendar months is forfeit. Assistance beyond the initial 3 hours will be billed at $100 per hour in one hour increments using the initial payment method.
TAP Plan B: On-Site Technical Assistance
If you require "on-site" technical assistance for your Hitachi PLC, then we have a solution for you. (If you need "hands-on" assistance, please refer to "Plan C" below). Please refer to the chart (below) for rates. Please be aware that this support is on a "first-come / first served" basis, therefore an engineer may not be immediately available. We would appreciate as much advanced notice as possible, although we acknowledge that this may not always be possible due to break-down situations. Travel is computed "portal to portal" from Eugene, Oregon.

TAP Plan C: On Site Technical Assistance
If you require "on-site" hands-on technical assistance, this is your correct choice! This plan provides you with a highly trained, licensed technician, who can get your Hitachi PLC back up and running, or assist you with your first time installation. As the plan above, this support is on a "first-come / first served" basis, and therefore a technician may not be immediately available. It is important that you give us as much advanced notice as possible for best availability. Travel is computed "portal to portal" from Elburn, Illinois USA.
