Lighthouse PLCs, Inc. is pleased to offer three levels of PLC Lab Support, and three Technical Assistance Programs (TAPs).
For any of the plans, you must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
PLC LAB
LAB I. - PLC Lab Work - Any work pre-negotiated with customer including, but not limited to: Project Extraction, Product Evaluation [$300 Minimum Charge].
LAB II. - PLC Lab Work - (Level I - Plus) : Any work pre-negotiated with customer including, but not limited to: Project Documentation, PLC System LAB Evaluation/Troubleshooting. $500.00
LAB III. - PLC Lab Work - (Level I and II, Plus) : Any work pre-negotiated with customer including, but not limited to: Program Conversions, Project Documentation, System Upgrading. [$650.00]
Technical Assistance
TAP Plan A: Per Incident Fee
If you need immediate assistance, our first plan is made for you. Here is how it works:
If your company has established a credit account with us, you may issue a company purchase order. Otherwise, you are welcome to use your personal, company, or corporate credit card (all major Credit Cards accepted). To initiate this plan, we charge your account (or credit card) $300 US. Then, you have access to an Applications Engineer for up to three (3) full hours. Communications with the engineer may take place via telephone, Fax, email, IM, Skype, Microsoft� NetMeeting, or any method deemed appropriate for your needs. Be advised that time involved in research, data transmission, etc., is charged against your account. Assistance beyond the initial 3 hours will be billed at $100 per hour in one hour increments using the initial payment method. At the conclusion of the support session, any time remaining will "stay on the books" for 12 full months, for use at your discretion. Time not used within the following 12 calendar months is forfeit.
TAP Plan B: On-Site PLC Technical Assistance
If you require "on-site" technical assistance for a Hitachi PLC, then this plan is the best choice. (If you need assistance on equipment or machinery - whether or not it is controlled by a Hitachi PLC, please refer to "Plan C" below). Refer to the chart (below) for rates. Please be aware that this support is on a "first-come / first served" basis, therefore an engineer may or may/not be immediately available. We would appreciate as much advanced notice as possible, although we acknowledge that this may not always be possible due to breakdown situations. Travel is computed "portal to portal" from Eugene Oregon, Portland Oregon, Elgin Illinois, or Travlers Rest South Carolina. [Union Proviso]

TAP Plan C: On Site System Assistance
If you require "On-Site/Hands-On" Technical Assistance, this is your correct choice! This plan provides you with a highly trained technician, who can get your Hitachi PLC and associated machinery back up and running. We can also assist you with your first time installation. Just as with the plan above, this support is on a "first-come / first served" basis, and therefore a technician may not be immediately available. It is important that you give us as much advanced notice as possible for best availability. Travel is computed "portal to portal" from Elburn Illinois, Eugene Oregon, Portland Oregon, or Travlers Rest South Carolina. [Union Proviso]
