Return Policies

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before shipping to Lighthouse PLCs, Inc.
All returns for refund, exchange or credit to account must be received at Lighthouse PLCs, Inc. within 30 days of original purchase.
All returns for refund, exchange or credit to account must be in new -- unused condition (never installed or connected to power). Product must be in perfect resalable condition (original packaging, packing materials, manuals and cables or other accessories in place).
All sales on special order, imported, or non-stocked items are final.
All returns may be subject to as much as a 40% Restocking Charge.
Items returned as defective will be repaired or replaced for duration of Manufacturer's warranty or 1 year, whichever is shorter. Warranty eligibility is determined solely by manufacturer, and not by Lighthouse PLCs, Inc.
Books, videotapes and clearance sale items are not returnable.
Breaking the "seal" on the media of purchased software, and/or the use of the software indicates that you have read and accepted the license agreement. Our programming software and configuration software (like most industrial software) is not returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable
Any and all charges incurred under any of the "Technical Assistance Program" is non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet the qualifications above will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
